Witness Statements 7 Witness 7 contacted the Vierzen police station by phone and, after being briefed by the witness, informed Police Officer Weiss that he was driving his car along Lobbericher Straße in the direction of Lobberich. Before the intersection of Lobbericher Straße and Felderend, there was an LZA (lightning traffic control system) that was allegedly showing a red light. He was therefore in front of an LZA with a red light and first noticed a moped. The moped driver allegedly drove along Lobbericher Straße in the direction of Breyell Center. The tractor-trailer was allegedly behind the moped and then drove too close to it, resulting in a collision.
